Massaro Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules from conception through closeout. The role includes reporting to the VP and coordinating with PMs, superintendents, and subs to ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in building construction scheduling, strong P6 skills, and experience with CPM, delay analysis, and EOT claims. Valid driver’s license required.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years scheduling experience in building construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
• Knows baseline, progress, recovered schedules; CPM and percent complete.
• Ability to make confident, timely and fact-based decisions.
• Experience performing forensic delay analysis and EOT claims using TIA and window analysis.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain and modify project master schedules from conception through closeout.
• Report weekly to VP Construction Operations to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with project management, superintendents and subcontractors; conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Coordinate project controls to assess risk and prepare impact assessments.
• Analyze schedule changes and their impact on cost and timeline; maintain version control.
• Ensure change orders and delays are documented and communicated.
• Lead scheduling meetings and prepare detailed reports for the team.
• Forecast and manage the project budget with respect to the schedule.
• Conduct forensic delay analysis using Fragnet, TIA and As-Planned vs As-Built to identify critical path impacts.
