Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Project Quality Engineer to drive the Quality segment of NAM projects from inquiry to order and through warranty. You will develop quality deliverables, oversee inspections and FATs, and ensure alignment with GEV standards and contractual commitments.

You will lead supplier engagement, conduct audits, manage NCRs/CAPAs, and mentor teams in quality processes. Strong English communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years in project quality/quality engineering within large infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing Project Quality Plans and ITPs, FAT/SAT activities, and supplier quality oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead project quality activities across ITO and OTR phases per requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans and ITPs for execution, supplier manufacturing, and site construction.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement using 8D/ DMAIC/5 Why approaches.
