Job summary

Intersect is hiring a Project Manager for its Datacenters and Fuels / Natural Gas Power Projects team to lead energy infrastructure developments from development through commissioning and handover.

You will review designs, manage EPC contractors, and drive safety, quality, and schedule, delivering reliable, dispatchable power for large-scale data centers while coordinating across engineering, construction, commercial, and operations groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, architectural engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project execution experience in power generation or energy infrastructure.
• Direct experience with natural gas-fired power projects.
• Strong QA/QC, commissioning, and safety management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers for natural gas-fired power facilities from development through operation.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Manage EPC contractors, vendors, change orders, and claims with rigorous evaluation of proposals.
• Review designs, submittals, and construction approaches; ensure successful handover to operations.
• Foster cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, commercial, and operations.
