Acloché LLC is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for multifamily and commercial construction in the Nashville area. The position emphasizes a long-term culture fit with excellent benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, professional setting.

The ideal candidate will have a construction management degree and 6+ years of GC/CM experience, along with robust local trade relationships. Local travel and a Nashville-based office are involved.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline required.
• 6+ years of project management experience with a GC/CM firm.
• Strong local subcontractor/vendor networks in TN/Southeast.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate construction from design through buyout, scheduling, and close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain sub/vendor relationships to support project needs.
• Direct all project facets from pre-con through close-out ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee 1–2 mid-rise apartment/commercial projects simultaneously.
