Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of project coordination experience, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field. Two years coordinating or managing projects.
• Proven experience leading a project team with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• PMP certification preferred and welcome Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate project activities to meet goals within time and funding parameters.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Monitor project effectiveness and mobilize stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement project objectives across departments.
