Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Project Manager II to lead end-to-end delivery of large, multifaceted clinical research projects within the Data Coordinating Center. This hybrid role requires three days on-site with flexibility to collaborate across Seattle Children's Research Institute and external partners.

You will manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications, coaching project coordinators and ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare or related field or equivalent experience in project management.
• Minimum of five years related experience including at least three years managing projects.
• Experience leading multifaceted projects from initiation through close, with scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multifaceted projects and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and fiscal monitoring; make informed trade-offs.
• Collaborate across departments, coach staff in project coordination and management practices.
