Job summary

Ware Malcomb, a dynamic design firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead land development projects from inception to completion in Atlanta. You will oversee internal and external teams, manage budgets, develop contract documents, and serve as the primary client contact to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• 7+ years of experience on land development projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate design and construction documents with design teams.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate each project phase.
• Provide site visits and review shop drawings.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client relations.
• Assemble consultant team, scope work, fees, and contracts.
• Coordinate all trades for fully coordinated contract documents.
• Conduct local, county, state, and federal code searches.
• Ensure financial success of projects.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.
