Job summary

Ware Malcomb is looking for a Project Engineer to support innovative commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion. This role involves preparing design reports, technical drawings, and coordinating with various project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, an EI Certificate, and 3+ years of experience in the field. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil3D are essential. This is a full-time, long-term position based in Miami, Florida.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field.
• Experience working on land / site development projects required.
• Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings for use in permitting and construction.
• Assist PM to plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases.
• Provide construction phase services including site visits.
