Job summary

Unknown Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple heavy civil construction projects in the Northeast. You will manage planning, procurement, and execution, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, owners, and engineers to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience on large-scale projects, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple $2M+ projects from inception through closeout.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 (Oracle) or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of multiple heavy civil construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee 3–4 active projects ranging from $2M to $10M in value.
• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, owners, engineers, suppliers and teams.
• Lead project meetings on schedules, budgets, safety, and production goals.
• Monitor costs, forecast financial performance, and address profitability risks.
• Review drawings, specs, and survey data to support planning and execution.
• Maintain project docs using Procore, Primavera P6 and related tools.
• Foster client and stakeholder relationships with clear accountability and communication.
