Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a growing heavy civil construction firm delivering complex infrastructure across the Northeast, including wastewater facilities, dam work, excavation, and process piping.

You will manage 3–4 active projects, lead from planning through closeout, coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and visit job sites weekly.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Background in heavy civil, wastewater, renewable energy, excavation, utilities, or related construction.
• Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand survey/layout work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience with Procore or Oracle P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 active construction projects at a time.
• Lead projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Run project meetings and maintain timelines.
• Visit job sites weekly/biweekly across the Northeast region.
