Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Review plans, contracts, and bid documents; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead meetings with owners, engineers, and stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation compliance on site.
