Doss Enterprises is seeking a Dirt Excavation Superintendent to oversee field operations on multimillion-dollar excavation and site development projects. The role focuses on earthwork production, utility installation, blasting coordination, safety, and cost control to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in heavy civil construction, mass excavation, grading, and site development, with strong leadership to drive production and efficiency on project sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
Minimum 5 years of superintendent or senior foreman experience on large excavation projects.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar site development or earthmoving projects.
Experience with mass excavation, utility installation, blasting operations.
Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive production schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily field operations on large-scale earthmoving and site development projects.
Direct and supervise foremen, operators, laborers, truck drivers, subcontractors, and utility crews.
Develop and execute work plans to meet schedules and production goals.
Coordinate excavation, grading, embankment, utility installation, and site development activities.
Oversee GPS machine control and grade control systems.
Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
