Job summary

Larson Design Group in West Virginia seeks a Project Manager to oversee transportation projects, client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

You will lead a team, coordinate proposals, ensure quality control, and pursue new markets while mentoring staff. A Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years’ experience are required; PE licensure is preferred. LDG offers ESOP, professional growth, and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of ten years’ related experience; WV DOH experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or other licensure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages design, budgets, schedules, and quality control for projects.
• Pursues business development, leads proposals, and develops scopes and budgets.
• Manages client relationships and communications for transportation projects.
• Mentors project teams and sub-consultants; conducts performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, surveying, and permitting rules and standards.
• Identifies new markets and opportunities and expands geographies.
