ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from initiation to completion. The PM will report to a Senior PM and help manage project scope, schedule, and budgets while ensuring adherence to AIS safety standards and client requirements.

The role requires experience in horizontal/heavy civil construction, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and AIS safety protocols.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Define goals, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials; track resources.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure quality control and alignment with project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.
• Perform technical writing and support bid preparation and reviews.
