Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from proposal development through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, field engineers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in construction or engineering services, strong communication, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This in-office role offers visibility to senior leadership and growth within ECS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Five or more years of project management experience within construction, engineering consulting, industrial services, building services, or related industries
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-focused environment
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365 applications

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and project scoping from inquiry through delivery
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, facility owners, and stakeholders during proposals
• Review drawings, sprinkler system documentation, inspection reports, and related materials
• Run kickoff meetings, set scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and project health
• Maintain schedules, documentation, and ERP records; prepare leadership reports
