Lithko Contracting in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Lead to plan the execution phase of complex commercial and industrial projects. You will partner with the operations team to develop an overall project plan and guide the project through turnover and planning processes.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive project execution experience with a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

• 5+ years of progressive project execution experience.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the team and adjust to meet goals.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
