Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Project Manager in the Midwest to drive delivery from precon through closeout on complex commercial and institutional builds.

You will ensure client satisfaction, manage costs, and coordinate cross-functional teams with strong leadership and scheduling discipline. The role involves working with a seasoned firm known for excellence in concrete and vertical construction.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC environments.
• Track record managing vertical concrete projects preferred.
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from precon through closeout on complex commercial and institutional builds.
• Ensure client satisfaction, cost control, and team coordination.
