Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Project Delivery Manager in Detroit to lead Precon through closeout on complex commercial and institutional builds. You will ensure client satisfaction, cost control, and effective team coordination across multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC environments, a track record with vertical concrete projects, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC environments.
• Track record managing vertical concrete projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from precon through closeout on complex commercial and institutional builds.
• Ensure client satisfaction, cost control, and team coordination.
