Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with a concrete specialization to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee projects from conception through closeout, focusing on concrete elements, P&L, procurement, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction project management, leadership abilities, and strong communication. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, and government project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial concrete projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Experience with government projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage project P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with goals.
• Lead procurement and supplier negotiations to secure timely, cost-effective materials.
• Maintain cost controls and present regular project updates to management.
• Negotiate favorable terms with contractors and suppliers.
• Foster teamwork and a productive work environment across teams.
