Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, quality, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred, with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, and performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
