Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Virginia Beach. You will manage schedules, budgets and quality while fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration understanding.
• Experience with PM software such as Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
