Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related experience on large commercial projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-project management.
• Innovative mindset to anticipate challenges and craft solutions.
• Deep industry knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and direction for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and changes.
• Lead meetings, document progress, and ensure proactive communication.
• Oversee closeout, inspections, and punch lists to meet contractual obligations.
