Job summary

The Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon is seeking a Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for high‑impact initiatives advancing the child behavioral health training program as a national model.

Reporting to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff, you will govern, plan, and measure performance, balance competing priorities, and translate strategy into actionable plans across multiple stakeholders to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with three years of full-time project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for high-impact initiatives.
• Plan, monitor, and report on project performance and risks.
• Align goals across workstreams and stakeholders under senior leadership.
• Develop recommendations to address operational and strategic challenges.
