Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with project success.
• Telecommunications and fiber optic design expertise preferred.
• Experience with aerial and underground fiber design preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD and engineering design software.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to lead large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Develop accurate construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, contractors, utilities.
• Evaluate design options and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Review plans, calculations, and specs for accuracy and compliance.
• Support project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist with construction administration, field observations, and change orders.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
