Job summary

Scires is seeking an experienced Project Engineer located in Alexandria, Virginia. This critical role involves oversight of the design and construction of a new hypersonic wind tunnel campus, ensuring compliance and project deliverables.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, extensive experience in military or federal construction projects, and an active SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in construction projects, particularly military or federal.
• 3+ years in a government oversight role or as an Owner's Representative.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design reviews and project phase management.

• Conduct detailed reviews of contractor designs ensuring compliance.
