Job summary

Innova Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Project Engineer for a 12-month contract to hire. You will lead a project team, coordinate cost/schedule/technical aspects, and ensure milestones are met on a DCMA-surveilled program. A Secret security clearance is required.

The role is full-time contract with W-2 engagement and regular collaboration with customers. Strong emphasis on earned value management and proactive risk handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
• Develop, oversee, and coordinate cost/schedule/technical aspects of an ongoing project within guidelines.
• Review status, budgets, manage schedules, drive execution, and deliver milestones.
