Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Cost and schedule generation and management.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written).
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
• CAM experience and integration with product development.
• Lead New Product Introduction Gate Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.
• Plan, staff, budget, schedule, and manage risk for product development.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and leadership on plans and status.
