Qualifications

• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and IMS scheduling.
• Experience managing multi-discipline programs across locations.
• Ability to manage budgets exceeding $50 million.
• Experience with supplier management and risk management.
• Prior government contract development and proposals experience.
• Security clearance eligibility (Public Trust).

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical aspects of projects within program guidelines.
• Provide full lifecycle project engineering support for deployments and integrations.
• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost/schedule commitments.
• Drive strategic direction for large, complex initiatives.
• Influence leadership to adopt new practices and concepts.
• Develop or champion new systems or technologies to impact results.
• Review project budgets and schedules; prepare status reports.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues to meet quality goals.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and disposition program risks.
• Estimate resource and material needs; coordinate reviews/approvals.
