Job summary

Ideal candidates hold architecture/interior design degrees with several years in design, space planning, and CAD/CAM tools; strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• 5-8 years’ work experience in interior design, architecture, space planning, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; REVIT a plus.
• Familiar with CAFM software (Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus, etc).
• Strong space planning, reading construction documents, and ability to develop project concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for account and manages client workplace standards.
• Implements workplace strategy documents and collaborates with CRE team members.
• Prepares test fits and space solutions to improve client environments.
• Develops proposals to optimize space usage and labor efficiency.
• Organizes data analytics and presents findings to clients.
