Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Staff Program Controls Specialist to lead the project controls efforts and manage daily controls tasks. You will provide input to the program controls plan and may train and mentor internal and external colleagues on controls technology and process.

You will develop quality plans, interface with clients, attend program meetings, and create statistical reports for the program team and management on a recurring or ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3 years of direct project controls experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project controls quality and consistency plans.
• Interface with clients, attend program meetings, and generate reports.
• Produce client-facing program controls reports and data.
• Configure planning and controls software for clients.
• Support scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and document control.
• Perform field audits and risk management activities.
