Qualifications

• RA license is required.
• 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from planning through construction administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams as Project Architect.
• Develop and oversee construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and specialty engineering disciplines.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor junior architects and perform QA/QC reviews.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with codes and accessibility requirements.
