Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage coordination across disciplines.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication are essential.
• RA licensure is required and is a must-have credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from planning through construction administration.
• Serve as Project Architect and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop and oversee construction documents and technical detailing.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and specialty engineering.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design intent.
• Perform technical QA/QC reviews and mentor junior architects.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction issues.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and client requirements.
