Qualifications

• Ten years of architectural experience with at least five years as Project Architect leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Flad's market segments preferred.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and graphics communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate consultants from inception through completion.
• Mentor team members and represent the firm to clients; manage consultant relationships.
• Ensure client vision and design requirements are understood and implemented.
• Advance technical planning and execution of project documents with quality and organization.
• Deliver design-sensitive projects on schedule and within budget; support significant decisions.
• Participate in client presentations and lead internal technical meetings.
