Job summary

Urban Foundry Architecture in Austin seeks a talented Project Architect/Manager to oversee design through construction. You will lead a collaborative team on major projects, develop construction documents, and supervise permitting and on-site execution with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Texas licensure (LEED accreditation bonus).
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Experience on Multi-family & Commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all aspects of a project from design through construction.
• Lead a team on larger project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Design and develop construction documents for diverse project types.
• Oversee Architect responsibilities during permitting and construction to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Urban Foundry’s Interior Design Studio.
• Mentor younger professionals to grow their careers.
• Offer diverse paths for professional development with leadership guidance.
