Job summary

DyeLot is seeking a licensed Project Architect in California to lead contract document development and supervise project teams for hospitality, lifestyle, and retail spaces. You will ensure code compliance, coordinate with consultants, and manage the preparation of agency submissions in collaboration with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has a state architectural license, a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and 8+ years of experience, with strong AutoCAD/REVIT skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to translate design into constructible details and specs.
• Lead communication with clients and development team throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise contract documents for projects.

• Lead agency submissions, permits, and approvals.
• Prepare bid documents and respond to contractor RFIs during construction.
