Cuningham is seeking a Project Architect or Team Leader to lead Las Vegas hospitality and gaming projects across design phases. Licensed candidates become Project Architect; licensure-pursuing candidates become Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Licensed Architect preferred; pursuing licensure required. NCARB a plus.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience in hospitality/gaming is required.
• Strong portfolio showing hospitality/gaming design and leading projects through multiple phases.
• Experience managing small teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Form a high-performing project team with the Project Manager.
• Lead design development and production for small to medium-scale projects.
• Collaborate with clients and translate feedback into design solutions.
• Apply regenerative design approaches to built and natural environments.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Oversee QA/QC, building envelope design, and AHJ coordination.
• Lead proposal content and interviews during pursuits.
• Direct construction administration and on-site coordination.
