Job summary

Gensler in Las Vegas seeks an Interior Architect to join our project team for a landmark integrated resort. You will translate sketches into 2D/3D models, coordinate through construction documents, and drive projects from concept through build with a collaborative team.

You will lead documentation with consultants, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure design intent and high technical quality. A registered architect with hospitality experience and Revit proficiency is required; the

Qualifications

Registered Architect with license.
Strong proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
8+ years of hospitality project experience.
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver informed project solutions based on market expertise and client goals.
Documentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.).
Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technically-sound solutions.
Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks.
