Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead Florida office projects from concept to construction, delivering high-quality design within schedule and budget. The role combines design leadership with hands-on project management and client liaison in a growing practice.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of architecture experience, a degree in architecture, and active licensure or pursuit of RA. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional architecture and project management experience.
• RA license or active licensure pursuit.
• Degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept through construction, meeting design, schedule, and budget targets.
• Oversee design development, documentation, consultant coordination, and quality control.
• Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and managing expectations.
• Manage scopes, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and financial performance.
• Mentor project teams and coordinate workloads.
• Oversee construction administration including RFIs and site visits.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
