Job summary

WGI is seeking a licensed Architect to join the Tampa, FL architectural team. You will lead diverse projects across Florida, Texas, and nationwide, driving design integrity, budgets, and schedules while partnering with clients and internal teams.

The role demands a professional architecture degree, RA licensure, and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools; experience across civic, education, federal, and transportation projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) with professional architecture degree from an accredited program.
• At least 7 years of post-graduate experience across diverse project types including civic, education, federal, office, industrial, transit/transportation, and aviation markets.
• Green building accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects of all sizes.
• Coordinate all project and design efforts, administrative and technical for all assigned projects.
• Pro-actively manage design intent, client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation.
