Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Registered Architect (RA), or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring design quality, programme, and budget targets are met.
• Oversee design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and quality control across project phases.
• Act as the primary client contact, building relationships and managing project expectations.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor project teams, coordinating workloads and supporting professional development.
• Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and project closeout.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, and project pursuits.
• Work collaboratively with studio leadership to support the continued growth of the Florida practice.
