TYG, an established multidisciplinary architecture practice, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead its Miami office. With 12+ years of experience, you will own complex projects, oversee performance, and strengthen client partnerships across multidisciplinary teams.

You will direct strategies, manage scope, resources, and financial performance from planning to completion while guiding project teams and senior leaders toward high-quality delivery and financial success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
• Architecture degree or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of complex, high-value projects, taking responsibility for overall project performance, design quality, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Establish project strategies and oversee scope, programme, resource allocation, and financial performance from initial planning through completion.
• Act as a key client advisor, developing long-term partnerships and leading discussions around project direction, expectations, and delivery.
• Maintain oversight of project profitability, fee structures, contracts, forecasting, and commercial risk, ensuring projects meet financial targets.
• Provide leadership across project teams, guiding Project Managers and emerging leaders while establishing clear standards for accountability and delivery.
• Lead consultant and contractor relationships, resolving complex project challenges and ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Play an active role in securing new work through strategic client engagement, identifying market opportunities, and leading major pursuits and presentations.
• Work alongside firm leadership to strengthen the Miami practice, contribute to operational decisions, and support long-term business growth.
