Mancini is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Seattle studio. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will translate bold concepts into buildable solutions while mentoring junior staff.

You should have 5+ years in architecture, strong Revit proficiency, and a track record leading drawing sets and coordinating teams across all design phases. The role involves market-facing activities and design excellence in a studio-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial interiors.
• Fluent in Revit and strong technical knowledge.
• Lead the development of drawing sets and coordinate teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to mentor junior staff while growing expertise.

Responsabilités

• Developing and coordinating design and technical documentation
• Interpreting codes and zoning regulations to inform design strategy
• Leading construction document production and consultant coordination
• Managing construction administration, RFIs, and submittals
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure design integrity through execution
• Supporting project schedules, quality control, and delivery standards
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong studio culture
• Participating in marketing and proposal efforts, representing the firm externally
