• Lead capital design and construction projects from inception to completion, including timelines and budgets.
• Develop innovative architectural, engineering, and environmental designs within budget and regulatory constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and review proposals, drawings, specs and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues to ensure timely solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
