Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is hiring a Project Architect responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction of campus facilities.

This role includes overseeing various projects from beginning to end, utilizing strong communication and managerial skills, while requiring a Bachelor's degree in architecture, an architecture license, and significant professional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Active architecture license in one state and ability to get Nevada license within six months.
• Five (5) years of related professional work experience.
• Two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of planning, design, construction, and analysis of campus facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee projects from programming through construction.
• Maintain and develop management and use of real-estate holdings.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement documentation.
