Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks a Manager of Project Accounting to lead a team responsible for project-level financials, revenue recognition, budgeting and reporting. You will ensure GAAP-compliant results, collaborate with auditors, and optimize controls and processes across the business unit.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 5–8 years of accounting experience, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; 5–8 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost control principles.
• Experience with ERP like JD Edwards or similar; analytical/B.I. tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates responsible for unit financials.
• Report revenue, profit, cash flow and project health to leadership.
• Prepare and distribute project-related financial reports; improve processes.
