Job summary

Best Buddies International seeks a Lead, Program Manager in Tulsa, OK to drive the mission through school and community-based Friendship Programs. You will recruit, train, and support volunteer committees, building a strategic community base and partnerships to advance the organization’s goals.

You will manage chapter onboarding, programs, and compliance, coordinating with state leadership, and ensuring high-quality volunteer experiences across events and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years relevant experience in volunteer and committee management.
• Comfortable engaging with people with IDD, youth and adults.
• Able to develop relationships and balance multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate leadership trainings for volunteers.
• Recruit and manage volunteer committees to run trainings and chapters.
• Evaluate chapter engagement and provide trainings.
• Develop community trainings to raise awareness of Best Buddies mission.
• Plan state events and annual Leadership Conference participation.
• Oversee data integrity and tracking in systems.
