Job summary

Tulsa Responds LLC, based in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Program Manager to lead the VITA, Benefits, and Financial Empowerment Center programs. You will collaborate with the management team to develop strategies, supervise program teams, manage grants, and ensure quality service delivery to the Tulsa community.

Responsibilities include budgeting, stakeholder engagement, reporting, training, and continuous improvement; travel across the Tulsa area may be required; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
Minimum 3 years experience leading and managing a team to achieve program outcomes.
Proven track record in creating effective programming and workflows.
Experience with agencies, partners, and community resources serving diverse populations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; ability to learn other software quickly.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with management to develop organizational strategies and implement programs.
Lead assigned programs (VITA, Benefits, Financial Empowerment Center) and supervise teams.
Oversee budgets, grants, reporting, and compliance.
