Job summary

Tulsa Responds seeks a Program Manager to lead a designated program such as VITA, Benefits, or Financial Empowerment Center. You will guide programming, develop team capabilities, and uphold quality service to Tulsa communities.

You will collaborate with the Management Team and Executive Director to align strategies, strengthen partnerships, and ensure compliant grant management and reporting. Strong nonprofit leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading and managing a team to achieve program outcomes.
• Proven track record of creating effective programming, procedures and workflows.
• Experience working with agencies, partners, and community resources serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned program (VITA, Benefits, Financial Empowerment Center) and drive programming excellence.
• Develop annual program plans, budgets, and resource planning in collaboration with finance resources.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities; ensure grant requirements and reporting are met.
• Define marketing and communications needs to support program goals and outreach strategies.
• Build and manage a high-performing program team with training and development.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress, and adjust action plans to achieve outcomes.
