Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Lead Scheduler to support program controls across facilities projects. You will develop, maintain, and integrate baseline, master, and detailed schedules, aligning scope, milestones, resources, and costs with contract requirements.

Require 15+ years in capital construction scheduling, strong Primavera and MS Project skills, EVMS experience, and proven leadership. Onsite role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of capital construction scheduling experience.
• BS/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management; additional experience may substitute education.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office applications; experience with EVMS and cost/resource loading.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, monitoring, and control of program-wide schedules.
• Develop and maintain baseline, master, and detailed project schedules with resources and costs.
• Coordinate between cost, risk, design, and construction teams to align schedule with program goals.
• Perform schedule QA/QC, time impact analyses, and recovery/mitigation planning.
• Lead schedule discussions in progress meetings and prepare performance reports.
