Job summary

The Tsui Group seeks a results-driven Lead Scheduler for a large educational client in Los Angeles County. You will lead program-wide scheduling, manage baselines, and coordinate with cost, risk, and design teams to align schedule with cost and milestones.

You will conduct schedule QA/QC, perform TIAs, and drive recovery strategies, mentoring junior schedulers and presenting progress in weekly meetings. A PSP or PMP is preferred; prior EVMS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or Construction Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Controls leadership with planning, development, monitoring, and control of program-wide project schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update baseline, master, and detailed project schedules with scope, logic, milestones, calendars, resources, and costs.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk management, design, and construction teams to align schedule with cost and performance.
